Julie has fifteen years' experience of teaching and assessing the CIPD programmes. Her last 12 student cohorts had 100% pass rates. Prior to this she has sixteen years' HR experience having worked across the private, public, and voluntary sectors, specialising in recruitment as well as training and development.
Tristan has eight years' senior experience in HR and Equalities including the NHS & local government, and over four years' teaching experience on CIPD & CMI programmes. Tristan is one of the first tutors in the world to deliver the new CIPD qualifications which Selhurst started in March 2010 in London, and the first tutor to deliver the new qualifications in both Gibraltar and Bulgaria.
Lesley has 20 years’ experience in senior HR roles within hospitality, charity and professional services organisations before embarking on a successful consultancy career in HR and H&S three years ago, which includes delivery of CIPD and other qualifications.
Paul has 15 years' experience in senior HR roles in blue chip companies in financial services, manufacturing, and construction before embarking on a successful consultancy career, fifteen years' ago, which has included a range of overseas assignments.
Kay has eleven years' senior level HR experience in the education and private sectors (aviation technology), specialising in L & D, & equalities and diversity, as well as six years' experience delivering CIPD and other qualifications.
David has over 30 years' experience as a frontline HR practitioner.
Paula has nearly five years' experience of teaching on CIPD programmes. She has over 12 years' HR and training experience gained in the finance sector, education and retail. Paula is a volunteer for Oxfam and the PDSA.
David is our HR systems specialist with over 20 years' UK and International experience which includes Human Capital Management, payroll, SAP, outsourcing, Data Privacy, restructuring and communications gained with large American and British organisations, and MNCs.
Justine is an experienced practitioner, project manager, consultant and tutor specialising in 'people and change'. She started her career as a HR manager in the private sector, then spent almost a decade working as a management consultant for KPMG and Accenture and more recently, she has worked in a number of senior operational roles (leading HR, OD and corporate transformation departments) and programmes at the same time as working as an independent people and change consultant and tutor.
Kevin has eight years' experience of training in the telecommunications industry and in local government, and five years' teaching experience.
Caroline has 6 years experience of teaching CIPD qualifications. She brings 8 years management experience in a City Law Firm followed by 5 years as an HR and L&D practitioner to her work. Since then she has specialised in training facilitation and coaching with particular interest in career development/change and interpersonal skills development. She is MBTI qualified and applies this individual and team development.
