City

Transport links: Mainline rail stations: City Thameslink; Blackfriars, Cannon Street and Farringdon, all are located within walking distance of the hospital. Liverpool Street station is a short tube, bus or taxi ride away. Underground: Barbican (on the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines), Blackfriars - closed until late 2011 (on the Circle and District lines), Farringdon (on the Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith and City lines) and St Paul's (on the Central Line). Buses: numbers 4, 8, 25, 56, 172 and 242 stop outside or close by. There is also a NCP car park in West Smithfield.
